CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR – BRENNER TANK FOND DU LAC, WI
Brenner Tank, a division of Wabash National is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin plant. This individual will coordinate site improvement activities working closely with the Director of Operations, Plant Manager and cross functional support teams. Identify and deliver best practice programs to ensure the short and long term success of manufacturing.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Systems Administrator will manage the Wabash National servers and storage in a heavily virtualized VMware environment. Day to day activities would include backup monitoring, server builds and maintenance, research and deploy new technologies, storage provisioning and maintenance.
ENGINEERING PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER - WABASH COMPOSITES

STAFFING, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Staffing, Human Resources Manager, will have ownership and drive innovative recruitment / process solutions to develop an hourly talent pipeline and strategy that will support current and future staffing needs of the organization. Will have oversight and lead the campus HR team with regard to hourly manufacturing recruiting, on-boarding and retention strategies.
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner performs associate relation duties as well as responsible for general human resources support activities and maintaining consistency throughout the Wabash National Operations organization. The Senior HR Business Partner will provide assistance in the areas of general employment, employee record keeping, administration, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, corrective action and other routine questions as well as HRIS employee data maintenance. The Senior HR Business Partner will provide support to the manufacturing population, working cross-functionally and assist hourly associates, production supervisors and managers in resolving issues.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this position will supervise Associates in a warehouse environment. Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures and recommends improvements in warehouse processes, material handling equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Typically supervises 30-50 Associates.
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work groups and Coordinators. Responsible for: developing associates, improving processes; reduction costs; quality monitoring and improvements; superior customer service; and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of the balanced scorecard targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment).
A Production Supervisor typically leads 30-80 Associates.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR-BEALL TRAILERS, PORTLAND OR
This individual will coordinate site improvement activities working closely with the Director of Operations, Plant Manager and cross functional support teams. Identify and deliver best practice programs to ensure the short and long term success of manufacturing. Coordinate site efforts focusing on waste elimination and variation reduction activities. Must be functionally organized with the ability to motivate and inspire employees for improved operations performance.
Develop and integrate assembly processes and capital improvement projects to efficiently manufacture trailers. Participates in cross functional teams to implement improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods and tooling. Lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
