ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - WABASH COMPOSITES
The Engineering Project Manager is a key, hands-on position that plans, leads, and controls assigned projects from conceptual stages through project life cycles to ensure timely design, delivery, optimize profits and meet technical, sales, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Provides on-site program management/ support and coordination of complex cross-functional teams and tasks. Maintains project schedules, tracking project plans and updates, engineering maintenance and reporting, and project administration.
The primary objectives of this position are to utilize a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, to assist external auditors, and to provide objective feedback that will improve Wabash National’s overall operations.
ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY ENGINEER
Ensure Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance with Company and regulatory agency requirements at all corporate locations. Maintain ISO 14001 status at multiple locations.
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work groups and Coordinators. Responsible for: developing associates, improving processes; reduction costs; quality monitoring and improvements; superior customer service; and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of the balanced scorecard targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment).
A Production Supervisor typically leads 30-80 Associates.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - DURAPLATE
The DuraPlate Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work groups and Coordinators. Responsible for: developing associates, improving processes; reduction costs; quality monitoring and improvements; superior customer service; and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of the balanced scorecard targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment).
A DuraPlate Production Supervisor typically leads 30-80 Associates.
BUYER – INDIRECT PURCHASING
The Buyer - Indirect Purchasing will develop and manage key vendor relationships to improve overall costs and enhance product performance. He/She is responsible for designing and implementing continuous material improvement processes to maintain or improve material quality at lowest possible cost. In addition, he/she will work to strategically reduce vendors in supply base to achieve maximum economies of scale.
Implement, and manage LAN and WAN infrastructure in a complex multiple site environment. Must be familiar with Cisco equipment and standards. Responsible for helping insure Sarbanes Oxley audit compliance and create network documentation and standards.
The Quality Engineer will provide expert guidance on product design and processes as they relate to compliance with quality system requirements. Provide focused quality engineering support and assume responsibility for timely and effective coordination and/or execution of assigned development project activities.
Supervises skilled hourly Associates in a manufacturing environment: Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
QUALITY MANAGER BRENNER TANK – Fond du Lac, WI
This manager plans, directs, and coordinates all quality control functions for the Company. The primary goal of this manager is to ensure the continuous manufacture of products that consistently meet and exceed established production standards.
