USED TRAILER BUSINESS MANAGER
Used Trailer Business Manager (UTBM) has the responsibility for overseeing and facilitating sales and inventory activity of used equipment while acting as a resource to Dealers, WNTC Branches, Factory Direct Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and CSR’s. This role is accountable for the overall management of used equipment to include inventory, inventory turns, as well as the broader P&L as it relates to facilitating new sales.
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a key strategic business partner with a major focus on hourly staffing that supports the operational needs of the business. Staffing focus includes meeting the current and strategic hourly full-time and temporary needs for the production floor as well as managing, coaching and mentoring a Human Resources support staff.
BUYER – INDIRECT PURCHASING
The Buyer - Indirect Purchasing will develop and manage key vendor relationships to improve overall costs and enhance product performance. Responsible for the design and implementation of continuous material improvement processes to maintain or improve material quality at lowest possible cost. Effectively represents the company in negotiations with vendors, achieving best possible solutions which satisfy vendor and business needs.
IPC MEMBER ACCOUNT MANAGER
The IPC Member Account Manager will develop Member Business Plans, work directly with IPC Members to increase participation percentage of IPC Programs and provide customer service management to current IPC Members.
PRODUCT APPLICATION SPECIALIST - COMMERCIAL TRAILER PRODUCTS
Position will assist Business Development/Sales Department/Customers with trailer application guidelines and solutions. Be industry representative to associations providing timely inputs to company/organization of new and emerging regulatory/industry changes.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) have the responsibility for overseeing and facilitating sales support activity of assigned accounts, acting as a resource to Dealers, WNTC Branches, Factory Direct Sales Representatives, and Regional Sales Directors to address daily issues and questions and ensuring that Wabash National customers are completely satisfied with the product and service they receive.
MATERIALS MANAGER, Brenner Tank, Fond du Lac, WI
Manages and overseas the purchasing and inventory control functions of the site. Provides support to operations through sound material procurement practices, timely material flow and accurate inventory. Interfaces with operations to plan and forecast material to fulfill customer demand to meet production needs. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR - Walker Stainless, New Lisbon, WI
The Engineering Supervisor will demonstrate leadership in execution of business goals, programs, and processes with the engineering team as well as the cross functional departments.
SALES ASSOCIATE/ASSISTANT - Walker Stainless, New Lisbon, WI
