ACCOUNTANT A/R, A/P – Fond du Lac, WI
The Accountant A/R, A/P performs assignments that ensure accurate accounting related to tax and SOX compliance, fixed assets, accounts payable, cash/accounts receivable, general ledger, audits and financial statements.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – New Lisbon, WI
Provide support and coordinate or lead manufacturing projects. Lead cross functional team with staff of all levels to implement improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods or tooling. Lead projects with limited managerial direction. Supervise and organize work for fixture department.
STRATEGIC LUMBER BUYER - Harrison, Arkansas
This position is responsible for all lumber purchasing at the Wabash Wood Products facility in Harrison, Arkansas and will serve as the key contact for all lumber suppliers. Responsible for managing key supplier relationships to improve overall costs and enhance company performance.
Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the shop floor operation. Plan and develop systems to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the operation. Lead staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coach and develop his/her staff and associates.
Reporting to the Director - Aftermarket this position will supervise Associates at multiple sites. Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures and recommends improvements in processes, operating procedures and working conditions. This position is responsible for getting the parts from point of order, produced timely and available for shipment to the customer. Typically supervises 10 Associates.
SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – Wabash Composites
Develop and integrate assembly processes and capital improvement projects to efficiently manufacture trailers. Leads cross functional teams to implement improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods and tooling. Lead complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work groups and Coordinators. Responsible for: developing associates, improving processes; reduction costs; quality monitoring and improvements; superior customer service; and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of the balanced scorecard targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment).
A Production Supervisor typically leads 30-80 Associates.

BUYER – INDIRECT PURCHASING
The Buyer - Indirect Purchasing will develop and manage key vendor relationships to improve overall costs and enhance product performance. He/She is responsible for designing and implementing continuous material improvement processes to maintain or improve material quality at lowest possible cost. In addition, he/she will work to strategically reduce vendors in supply base to achieve maximum economies of scale.
The Quality Engineer will provide expert guidance on product design and processes as they relate to compliance with quality system requirements. Provide focused quality engineering support and assume responsibility for timely and effective coordination and/or execution of assigned development project activities.
