RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
The receptionist/administrative support maintains high volume switchboard, greets and welcomes visitors as well as assists with recruitment paperwork, personnel files and provides administrative assistance to the SVP of Human Resources and other Human Resources management and staff as needed.
SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT QUALITY ENGINEER
The Supplier Quality Engineer will provide expert guidance and development of quality management systems. The position focuses on assessment and system improvement within the Supply Chain. The position aids the Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer in promoting the use of quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and Problem Analysis for Corrective Actions.
SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER, Wabash Composites, Frankfort, IN
Develop and integrate assembly processes and capital improvement projects to efficiently manufacture trailers. Leads cross functional teams to implement improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods and tooling. Lead complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
The Design Engineer will work closely with many groups at the facility with a primary focus on support for the trailer manufacturing sector of the organization.
QUALITY ENGINEER (Please see instructions for resume submittal below)
The Quality Engineer will provide expert guidance on product design and processes as they relate to compliance with quality system requirements. Provide focused quality engineering support and assume responsibility for timely and effective coordination and/or execution of assigned development project activities.
MANUFACTURING OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
The Manufacturing Optimization Manager is the key liaison between the Plant Manager and the centralized Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering organization; and is critical to achieving maximum financial benefit from the plant’s capital expenditures, maintenance expenditures, production equipment and fixed assets, in accordance with the operation’s goals and objectives.
USED TRAILER BUSINESS MANAGER
Used Trailer Business Manager (UTBM) has the responsibility for overseeing and facilitating sales and inventory activity of used equipment while acting as a resource to Dealers, WNTC Branches, Factory Direct Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and CSR’s. This role is accountable for the overall management of used equipment to include inventory, inventory turns, as well as the broader P&L as it relates to facilitating new sales.
BUYER – INDIRECT PURCHASING
The Buyer - Indirect Purchasing will develop and manage key vendor relationships to improve overall costs and enhance product performance. Responsible for the design and implementation of continuous material improvement processes to maintain or improve material quality at lowest possible cost. Effectively represents the company in negotiations with vendors, achieving best possible solutions which satisfy vendor and business needs.
IPC MEMBER ACCOUNT MANAGER
The IPC Member Account Manager will develop Member Business Plans, work directly with IPC Members to increase participation percentage of IPC Programs and provide customer service management to current IPC Members.
PRODUCT APPLICATION SPECIALIST - COMMERCIAL TRAILER PRODUCTS
Position will assist Business Development/Sales Department/Customers with trailer application guidelines and solutions. Be industry representative to associations providing timely inputs to company/organization of new and emerging regulatory/industry changes.
