CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER
Identify opportunities in manufacturing for the company and executing Continuous Improvement events. Provide coordination of all activities relating to Continuous Improvement and enhancing knowledge of the tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement / Lean methods.
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work groups and Coordinators. Responsible for: developing associates, improving processes; reduction costs; quality monitoring and improvements; superior customer service; and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of the balanced scorecard targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment).
A Production Supervisor typically leads 30-80 Associates.
Develop and integrate assembly processes and capital improvement projects to efficiently manufacture trailers. Participates in cross functional teams to implement improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods and tooling. Lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
The primary objectives of this position are to utilize a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, to assist external auditors, and to provide objective feedback that will improve Wabash National’s overall operations.
BUYER – INDIRECT PURCHASING
The Buyer - Indirect Purchasing will develop and manage key vendor relationships to improve overall costs and enhance product performance. He/She is responsible for designing and implementing continuous material improvement processes to maintain or improve material quality at lowest possible cost. In addition, he/she will work to strategically reduce vendors in supply base to achieve maximum economies of scale.
The Quality Engineer will provide expert guidance on product design and processes as they relate to compliance with quality system requirements. Provide focused quality engineering support and assume responsibility for timely and effective coordination and/or execution of assigned development project activities.
QUALITY MANAGER BRENNER TANK – Fond du Lac, WI
This manager plans, directs, and coordinates all quality control functions for the Company. The primary goal of this manager is to ensure the continuous manufacture of products that consistently meet and exceed established production standards.
CAD DRAFTER – Beall Trailers, Portland, OR
The CAD Drafter’s position is to provide support to engineers and designers through the creation of new drawings, making changes to existing drawings and BOMs and any other necessary engineering-related task.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 2nd Shift – Brenner Tank, Fond du Lac, WI
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership to the production work group. The Production Supervisor ensures proper execution of production for efficient and safe utilization of manpower and equipment to obtain maximum quantity and quality of finished products.
OPERATIONS MANAGER - Garsite/Progress LLC, Findlay, Ohio
Manage the operational and fiscal activities for facility operations. Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes to the team as well as across the functional departments. Plan and develop systems to improve operating quality, efficiency and safety of the operation.
